Fried Fish with Herb Butter

Flavourful fried fish like you have never tasted before!

Serves 4 people


  • 4 fresh sea bass fillets (cleaned)
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Salt


Step 1

Press the garlic, finely chop the parsley and chives. Mix the herbs and garlic into the butter.

Step 2

Lather the sea bass fillets with the herb butter. Place a flew slices of lemon and some sprigs of rosemary on top.

Step 3

Drizzle olive oil over the sea bass, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Fry the fish in your fish pan for 10 minutes on each side or until crispy golden brown. Serve with a fresh salad or a tomato & olive salsa.
