- 1 bottle champagne (or sparkling wine)
- 2 cups pear juice
- 2 cups peaches, frozen or fresh
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Fill a large casserole halfway with ice and frozen peaches and berries.
Pour in the pear juice and top off with the bottle of champagne. Stir to combine.
Serve in ice filled glasses. Happy New Year!
