Champagne Punch

Let’s have a toast to the new year! Pear juice, fresh fruit and ice take a traditional glass of bubbly to a whole new level!

Champagne Punch


1 bottle champagne (or sparkling wine)
2 cups pear juice
2 cups peaches, frozen or fresh
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blueberries



Step 1

Fill a large casserole halfway with ice and frozen peaches and berries. 

Step 2

Pour in the pear juice and top off with the bottle of champagne. Stir to combine. 

Step 3

Serve in ice filled glasses. Happy New Year! 


Add a bit of sparkle with a festive sugar rim. Rub the edge of your glass with a lemon wedge, then gently dip it in granulated sugar.
