Your GreenPan product has a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in the material and finish of the product and non-stick coating under normal, non-professional use in accordance with GreenPan’s use and maintenance instructions. The warranty on Thermolon Infinity’s ceramic non-stick coating is 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, overheating, professional use and/or end-user modification of the product is not covered by the warranty under any circumstances. The warranty does not cover stains, discoloration or scratches resulting from normal wear and tear. If a defect occurs with your product within the warranty period, please contact customer service.
