Terms and conditions – Giveaway GP
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") apply to this GP giveaway competition organised by The Cookware Company UK & Ireland Ltd., based at The Old Stables Sutton Manor Farm, Bishop's Sutton, Alresford, Hampshire SO24 0AA (United Kingdom) with company number 07033153 (hereinafter referred to as "The Cookware Company").
By entering the GP giveaway competition, you accept the Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of participation
- You can only take part in the competition if you are resident of the United Kingdom.
- In order too participate you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, your parents or your legal guardian must participate. We have the right to exclude any participation of a minor.
- You are responsible for stating your personal details correctly. Providing incorrect data may result in your participation being excluded.
- You can only participate once per email address.
- Each participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
- The competition is valid from 11/10/2023 to 17/10/2023.
- The Cookware Company is entitled to exclude your participation, in case of suspected abuse.
How does the competition work?
You can participate by filling in the requested details. After confirming your participation, we will receive your answers in our database.
The 4 winners will be contacted by The Cookware Company no later than 19/10/2023. Each winner will win a kitchen appliance (Slow Cooker, Omni Cooker, Contact Grill or Waffle Maker worth £200). If you are contacted by us, we will ask you to provide your address details. Your winning product will be delivered to you within 30 days after receiving your address details.
General information
In case of technical failure during the competition, The Cookware Company will try to solve the failure as soon as possible to the best of its ability. The Cookware Company is in no way obliged to extend the duration time of the competition.
The Cookware Company cannot be held liable for inconveniences and disadvantages inherent to the use of the Internet, in particular a malfunction, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The Cookware Company cannot be held liable for any damage, resulting from misuse of the products. You undertake to comply with the information provided on and/or in the product packaging.
Should The Cookware Company be liable for damages, our liability will in any event be limited to direct damages. The exclusions and limitations of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to our liability which cannot be excluded or limited under (mandatory) applicable law.
If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as if such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) had never been included.
Any waiver by The Cookware Company of a breach of any provision of the Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and shall in no way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or waiver of the provision itself.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
